Mitt Romney loves his Michigan. Where the trees are the right height and women drive 2 Cadillacs.
But I'm sure he loves Minnesota too, because after all, Mitt Romney is highly adaptable.
And what's not to love about Minnesota? Where the women use contraceptives, the men don't take $10,000 bets, and the children all meet annual yearly progress.
I can't wait for Mitt to come back to Minnesota....so he can compliment us on all of our great things. The lakes are the right shape; our state has the right amount of Fortune 500 companies for cash donations, and Minnesota has a prized dysfunctional legislature.
And Mitt can count on his friends. Tim Pawlenty made Mitt's life so much easier by taking his name out of the running for a Vice Presidential nomination. I am sure that will make Mitt's decision so much easier. Whew, close one.
And Mitt's state supporters like Pawlenty, Kurt Zellers, and Vin Webber did such a good job of delivering a few delegates for him. Why, without their help, he might not have made the teens in caucus support.
Mitt and Minnesota are like two peas in a pod. So many similarities. Mitt has a $100 million trust fund for his kids -- Minnesotans might have enough to pay for half a semester of college for their kids. Mitt has 3 homes -- many Minnesotans (maybe some) still have one. Mitt has money stashed away in offshore accounts -- many Minnesotans have money stashed in their mattress made in China.
Yes, Mitt understands Minnesota....he severely understands us.
